Our NC regional team services Triad labs on a scheduled route basis. On-site visits are available for facilities with 10 or more pipettes — our technician arrives fully equipped with calibration standards, tools, and 800+ OEM-quality replacement parts, so calibration and repairs are completed at your facility without removing instruments. For smaller labs and individual instruments, mail-in service accepts shipments from any Triad zip code with no minimum count requirement.
Certificates are reviewed, signed, and delivered digitally in a format accepted by CAP inspectors, CLIA surveyors, FDA auditors, and GLP/GMP quality teams. Level 3 service includes pre-service and post-service performance data for the most stringent documentation requirements.
Compliance Documentation
All calibration certificates are NIST-traceable and performed in accordance with ISO 8655. Documentation accepted by CAP, CLIA, FDA, and GLP/GMP auditors. Level 3 service includes full as-found/as-left data tables.
